  Dr Erna Gerryts is an educational psychologist who specialises in career counselling. She strives to assist clients to find careers that would bring personal meaning and empower them to find their place of unique contribution in this world. Using a wholistic approach toward career counselling, quantitative measures through assessments in combination with the qualitative life stories of clients are used to design careers.
